Since all our products are digital, the refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. No Refund on Digital Products
All our courses, notes, PDFs, mock tests, and digital study materials are delivered instantly after purchase.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- User purchased by mistake
- User changed their mind
- User expected a different course
- User has already accessed/downloaded/watched the content
- Internet/device issues from the user’s side
Digital items cannot be returned, hence no refund is applicable.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions (Only in Rare Cases)
You are eligible for a refund ONLY IF:
- The purchased course was not delivered within 24 hours
- You were charged twice for the same course
- Payment was successful but course access was not provided
In these conditions, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after verification.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since digital products are delivered instantly:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
- No cancellation is allowed after accessing course content.
4. Payment Disputes
If you face a transaction error or duplicate payment:
- Razorpay automatically retries or reverses failed transactions
- You may contact us with your Payment ID for quick resolution
